An in-depth update for technicians servicing iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV devices.
Many of the LAI University 2016 students already have the iOS qualification and are servicing iOS devices. To continue servicing these products, technicians need to complete the ACiT 2016 certification. Technicians with the existing iOS qualification need to complete the ACiT certification before 3 November 2016 in order to continue servicing iOS devices.
ACiT 2016 qualifies a technician to repair all iPhone models that were covered by the iOS Qualification. ACiT also includes certification for Apple Watch and all of the iOS devices that were introduced through October 2015.
We advise technicians who are not already iOS qualified and need to service iOS devices, to complete the ACiT 2016 certification as the existing iOS qualification exams and courses will no longer be available after 6 June 2016.
