macOS Ventura and new courses

Apple has released the new Apple Device Support (9L0-3023-ENU) and Apple Deployment & Management (9L0-3025-ENU) exams for the new Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP) certifications. The new exams are updated and contains content about macOS Ventura and iOS & iPadOS 16. What’s new, is that both ACSP and ACITP certifications have a 2 year validity. In case you’re already certified, keep in mind you’re only able to take the new exams once your certification is almost expired.

Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)

3-day macOS Support Essentials 13 (Ventura) & Apple Device Support training
1-day ACSP Update course for persons holding a recent ACSP certification (like ACSP macOS 10.14/10.15.11)

Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP)

2-day Apple Deployment and Management training.
