Overview
LAI Prep is designed to help you prepare for Apple certification exams. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains clearly what data the app uses and how it is handled.
What the app collects
The app stores your exam progress, selected answers, and practice session results locally on your device. This data is used only to track your progress within the app and is never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.
Data stored on your device
All data — including your answers, scores, and session history — is stored exclusively on your device using standard iOS storage. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data permanently.
iCloud Sync (optional)
The app includes an optional iCloud Sync feature. If you choose to enable it in Settings, your exam results will be stored in your personal iCloud private database and synchronised across your devices signed in with the same Apple Account. This data is only accessible to you — LAI has no access to your iCloud data. You can disable iCloud Sync at any time in Settings. Disabling sync does not delete data already stored in iCloud; you can remove it by managing your iCloud storage in iOS Settings.
Data sent to LAI
No data is sent to LAI or any of its servers. The app functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection (except for optional iCloud sync if enabled).
Analytics & Tracking
The app does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. No usage data, crash reports, or behavioural information is collected or transmitted.
Third-party services
The app does not integrate with any third-party services. All content, including question images, is bundled within the app. No external network requests are made by the app beyond optional iCloud sync.
Children’s privacy
The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app collects no personal information from any user.
Changes to this policy
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
