They’ll be presented with methods and techniques, see how these can be valuable, have opportunities to practice them in small groups, and receive feedback from their peers and instructor. |

| subjects: | The goal is to ensure that any individual working in the channel has a set of sales skills and techniques that make it possible to sell Apple's products and services in the best possible way. Participants will learn how to recognize the different steps of the sales process, even in the abbreviated format of a fast-paced retail environment, and learn techniques for moving from one stage to another. Most importantly they’ll learn how to actively listen to their customers and practise the core skills required at each stage, including discovering real customer needs through efficient questioning and listening skills. They’ll practise how to present a solution and discuss benefits that match up to real customer needs and handling objections that may arise. And finally, they’ll learn how to identify signals that indicate a customer is ready to buy, and how to successfully transition to the closing step and make the sale. |
